I have emailed Jack Baker twice requesting a refund, but have not gotten a response. I want a check, not university credit. I don't plan on taking classes anytime soon. I have been busy in the library but not very productive. I have spent most of my time cleaning, organizing, and spinning my wheels. I realize how little I really know about running a library program. Now I'm hoping for some really excellent para ed help to get me started! More later...

Here's what I have done. I called the financial people and they said that they would start working on a refund. I basically told them my situation and that I would not be taking a class in the near future since my program was done. And hopefully I'll get my money back soon. I think that Mr. Jack Baker himself can not issue a refund, but that the people who deal with money can.
